Car Sales Executive
Job description
NorthStar Ford is seeking an energetic, driven individual to join our growing sales team. Our sales consultants look forward to maximizing every opportunity to help our valued customers buy not just any car, but the perfect vehicle for them. We have a strong track record of high-volume sales in the twin ports - offering a great selection of new and pre-owned vehicles to go along with a streamlined shopping process in a fantastic location. Sales experience is a plus, but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate.
Job Description:
- Approach and assist customers in the showroom and adjacent lots
- Drive new business opportunities by prospecting for new customers
- Determine what the customers wants and needs are by asking effective questions and actively listening
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers and co-workers in all departments including sales
Qualifications:
- Outgoing personality and a positive attitude
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver's license; REQUIRED
- Acceptable driving record
