Interior Design CapEx Purchasing Agent - On-site position

This position will be based out of our home office in Irvine, CA. Some travel is required.

Salary range: $70k-$75k

We are looking for a team member who is an experienced procurement agent fully integrated and engaged in the process. Experience within interior design and/or the hospitality industry would be a plus but not required. You will lead the day-to-day operations of purchasing throughout all phases. We are looking for someone who is proud of their work, collaborative across departments, and a team player. Essential Job Functions

• FF&E Purchasing
• OS&E Purchasing
• Project Accounting
• Project Reporting
• Bid Submittals (RFQ’S)
• Purchase Order and Invoicing processing with our in-house accounting department
• Expediting shipping, warehousing and installation of FF&E
• Responsible for Flame, Care and Warranty certifications
• Set project schedules and drive key dates to maintain the timeline
• Coordinate logistics from fabricators to the final destination
• Coordinate FF&E and OS&E installation with 3rd Party Installation Firm and Property Project Team
• Manage Vendor Payables
• Problem Solve the Unexpected

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• FF&E Procurement Experience for 3-5 years is required
• OS&E Procurement Experience is a plus
• Project Management Experience for 3 years is required
• FF&E On Site Installation Coordination and Oversight experience is required.

Other Requirements

• Motivated and high initiative to work independently
• Vast knowledge of the furniture fabrication industry
• Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• High attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
