As a Canvasser/Appointment Setter, you’ll be working in a team as sales-oriented personnel who engage with the public and promote Mars Restoration services. Canvassers also set free in-home roof inspections for our Sales Representatives.

Job Duties:

• Meeting with customers at their home to promote Mars Restoration services.
• Canvass door to door in storm targeted areas to educate homeowners on affordable home improvement solutions.
• Secure a qualified lead for a customer that is looking for a free consultation.
• Confidently answer questions and educate homeowners on provided services.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation to our office in Silver Spring
• Outstanding communication and listening skills
• Must have a drive to success and a positive attitude.
• Charisma, Outgoing, and interpersonal skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have previous canvassing OR direct sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting set performance standards.
• Ability to think strategically with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail.
• Ability to understand the role of marketing communications, sales promotion, and advertising.
• Ability to self-manage resources time to achieve objectives.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
