Trimmer/Packager for Decibel Gardens

The Candidates are expected to follow job instructions in a very precise manner, as directed by management staff. After the introductory training period, the candidate will be expected to handle all responsibilities with minimal input with upper management. Our current facility is located in Moss Landing, and our new 7500 sq ft. facility is located just outside of downtown Santa Cruz

Responsibilities and Duties

• Trim raw product

• Ensures accurate trim weights and measurements

• Responsible for maintaining quality product

• Sorting material for packaging

• Packaging products with accuracy

• Producing compliance labels based on CoA lab results

• Operate with integrity and honesty

• Communicate known issues to the management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company

• Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all staging areas

• All operations must be conducted in professional manner to ensure State Compliance Laws are upheld

Qualifications and Skills

• MUST BE at least 21 years of age to apply

• Ability to work with in a team environment

• Must stay focused on safety and housekeeping at all times

• Attention to detail

• Must be able to follow precise protocols and procedures

• Strong communication skills

• Must work with Production Supervisor to ensure best practices are always being followed

• Responsible for staying focused and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

• Prior experience preferred.

• Trustworthy and Dependable qualities are of utmost importance

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
