Dutchman's Trading Company is a cannabis distribution and supply chain management company operating across several states in the country. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to promote and represent our line of cannabis products in Washington State. Please note that this is a contract position, not a W2 employee position, and approved expenses will be reimbursed.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for engaging with customers and building relationships with our retail partners, educating them about our products, and representing the Dutchman's Trading Company brand. The role is part-time to full-time, with a pay rate of $20 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and represent the Dutchman's Trading Company brand at various events, including industry events, festivals, and other promotional opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with dispensary owners, managers, and staff to promote our brand and increase sales.
• Educate retail staff on the benefits and unique features of our products.
• Conduct in-store demonstrations and tastings to promote our products to consumers.
• Participate in planning and executing marketing events, promotions, and campaigns.
• Maintain detailed records of brand activations, customer interactions, and sales data.
• Comfortable posting about brand-related activities on social media and tagging the company.
• Must be willing to travel across Western Washington.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Passion for the cannabis industry and a strong desire to represent our brand.
• Outgoing, personable, and approachable with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and targets.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in brand ambassador or customer service roles preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in the cannabis industry is required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
