Partnering Health Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Call Centre Team Leader to join the team based in Whiteley, to manage multiple health and social care services. Reporting to the Deputy Service Manager you will be accountable for the day to day running of our Call Centre

Hours

Shifts will cover the full 24 hour a day, 7 days a week. Examples of shifts are 07:00 – 15:00, 15:00 – 23:00 & 21:00 – 07:00.

Key responsibilities of our Call Centre Team Leader:

  • Work collaboratively with Senior Management and Operations staff to ensure a high performing culture exists across the call centre
  • Ensure the Team provide a consistently high level of care to our patients and KPIs are met
  • Audit and monitor service performance retrospectively and in real time and make decisions to influence optimum performance against a challenging background
  • Support staff training, development and coaching as required, to include annual mandatory training
  • To carry out staff appraisals as required
  • Investigate and manage disciplinary/grievance matters as they arise
  • Investigate and resolve incidents reported on shift

What we’re looking for in our Call Centre Team Leader:

  • Experience within leadership roles within a call centre environment is essential
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Generates enthusiasm and has a positive attitude to change
  • Computer literate with experience of Microsoft office
  • Display sensitivity and empathy with people from different backgrounds and in different situations
  • Have attention for detail and an eye for accuracy
