Hyde is looking to recruit an inbound Customer Services Officer for our demanding call centre.

As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be expected to manage a high volume of demanding and challenging inbound telephone calls, ensuring a speedy resolution and a satisfied customer.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Services Officer:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for customers across The Hyde Group.
  • Handling up to 50-60 demanding telephone calls daily.
  • Referring specialist and complex enquiries to relevant teams.
  • Providing a great customer service across all communication platforms.
  • Meeting or exceeding KPIs / targets.
  • Building and maintaining excellent rapport with our internal and external customers.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Customer Service experience
  • Microsoft Office
  • Empathetic – putting yourself in the customers’ shoes
  • Resilient – dealing with difficult telephone calls
  • The ability to type whilst on a telephone call
