We are currently looking for call centre agents to join us to conduct market research telephone interviews. No experience is required, as full training will be given.

We are currently recruiting for our Day shift. This will be on a 15-hour contract with the possibility of working up to 35 hours per week.

Day shift times - 9.30-2.30pm or 9-5pm.

Based in our Halifax office, you will be making outbound calls to businesses conducting research.A Market Research Telephone Interviewer is responsible for:

• Conducting outbound calls to businesses and individuals to complete market research surveys.
• Obtain, record, and verify information from respondents by conducting telephone interviews.
• Accurately inputting information into company software as dictated by respondents.
• Working towards targets

A successful applicant must have the following skills and attributes

• Hard working, motivated and confident.
• Ability to meet and maintain targets.
• Able to follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills.

Shifts available are: -

Days - 9.30-2.30pm or 9-5pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £9.50 per hour
