We are seeking a Call Center Service Agent for Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home. This position is responsible for providing general assistance to guests, and effectively listening to determine how to best help the customer.
As a Call Center Service Agent, you are responsible for handling a large call volume, and assisting customers with general information, requests, and concerns. Set appointments and determines appropriate follow-ups when appointments are not set. Utilize standard company-specific software to meet location business requirements. Complete office duties such as filing, phone duty, and use online reference materials
