Position: Healthcare Call center
Payrate: $15.40/hr.
Location: Pittsburgh PA USA 15238
Schedule: M-F; 7am --3:30pm or 8am - 4:30pm
Contract Type: Contract to possible hire
Vaccination: Required
Required Info - Must have RN license

Responsibilities:

• TheHealthcare Call center will identifying and processing different types of documents and routing them to the correct area for processing
• The Healthcare Call center will be processing returned mail and updating members addresses
• The Healthcare Call center will route documents to correct department, process return mail, member calls for address verification

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of overall related experience with customer service/member outreach
• Experience in Medicare/Medicaid Services is a plus
• Confident in decision making ability within strict timelines
• Exceptional prioritization and attention to detail.
• Acts with integrity and uses sound judgment in dealing with confidential information
• Basic skills in MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook
