Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Assist 100+ customers per day
- Able to cold call / deal with transfers from cold calls.
Skills:
- Previous experience in a high paced, outbound call center environment preferred
- Have basic computer knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
