Customer Care & Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound calls for AT&T FirstNet "first responders" providing customer care to help resolve issues, perform account reviews, and a GREAT customer experience. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Provide inbound customer service for AT&T FirstNet customers.
• Resolve issues and consistently provide a great customer experience.
• Requirement: High School diploma or equivalent required to apply.
• MUST currently live in the Tampa Bay area to be considered. This is a work ON SITE opportunity.
