Job description
Our clients is a B2B kitchen cabinets wholesaler, providing a wide range of in stock, ready to assemble, shaker style cabinets to contractors, retailers, and builders. We pride ourselves on offering value-added services such as design, assembly, and delivery to our customers.
The base salary is $35,000-$50,000 plus commissions. Expected first year earnings are $70,000-$85,000. You will need to be in the Melrose Park office Monday through Friday 8-5.
The products are sourced from southeast Asia, and we currently operate in Illinois, Texas, and Florida.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Presenting and selling our company's products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospecting and contacting potential customers
- Creating quotes and sales orders using our company's NetSuite CRM platform
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints
- Helping to create design blueprints using 2020 Design software
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with the NetSuite CRM platform, or other similar CRM platforms is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Deadlines and detail-oriented
- High level of attention to detail.
