The goal of CAAPP is to provide instruction and support across work, community and home environments that will facilitate participants in becoming more independent, productive, socially connected members of the local community. CAAPP provides personal growth opportunities for adults, ages 21 and over, with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, emotional and/or behavioral differences, and brain injuries. This unique model focuses on partnering with community supports to maximize each participant’s potential. CAAPP serves participants residing in Montgomery, Chester and Delaware counties.

We are seeking independent contractors who have at least six (6) months of experience working with adults/children with autism for several Community Support Professional (CSP) opportunities. Note: This role is a 1099 independent contractor position.

As a CSP Independent Contractor with CAAPP you will:

· Provide community-based support and skill development to young adults diagnosed with autism who are transitioning out of educational programs

· Provide support to participants in the areas of communication, social skills, self-care, work readiness, vocational training, and community based supportive employment

· Complete progress notes and data collection for each participant.

Minimum Requirements

· Must be at least 18 years of age

· Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

· High School Diploma with at least 6 months experience working directly with individuals with any developmental disability, including autism

Note: This role is a 1099 independent contractor position and offers flexible hours/scheduling based on your availability. A typical assignment may involve supporting participants in various work, community and home settings for approximately a 4-hour shift on a weekly basis.

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $20.00

Bonuses: $250/quarter; Max $1000/year (minimum of 10/hrs billed per week)
