We are pleased to share that we are actively recruiting for a Buyers Clerk to join our Menswear Superbrands and Advanced International Designer Department.
Working in the largest Menswear category at Harrods, including brands such as Burberry, Prada, Off-White, AMIRI and Palm Angels, this is a great opportunity for you to represent and support us in one of our key departments.
About the Role
As a Buyer’s Clerk your responsibilities will involve;
As a Buyer’s Clerk your responsibilities will involve;
- Managing Critical Paths
- Raising and Creating Purchase Orders for the Department alongside the Senior Buyer’s Clerk
- Ensuring that PO’s are confirmed and on the system ahead of the new season
- Assisting the Buyer with completing the Buyer’s Sheet
- Inputting required data for the order
- Requesting order confirmation from the brands

You’ll also:
- Have a Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages; specifically Excel and Word
- Aspire to pursue a Career in Buying
- Be a great relationship builder
- Be self-Assured in Time Management with the ability to Multi-Task
- Possess strong Admin experience (SAP Knowledge preferred)
