RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Manage procurement of consumables (non BOM items)
- Manage procurement of chemicals and wires
- Support data analysis and reporting activities for QRQC as needed
- Collaborate on-time-delivery performance with suppliers
- Prepare and send open PO's and forecast reports to suppliers.
- Collaborate with customs broker to ensure inbound traffic delivery
- Contact vendors to resolve receiving discrepancies
- Other duties as assigned
Job requirements
- One year in Supply Chain or buyer position
- Microsoft Excel: Basic formulas, conditional formatting
- High School Diploma
Preferred Experience, Skills and Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or distribution
- Possess high degree of capability using the MS Suite of Products
- Lean/Six Sigma certification
- Aviation Industry Experience
- ERP system experience
