• Clean and reset tables and transport dirty dishes to the bus tub, tray, or dish room.
• Re-stock as needed to maintain efficiency in the front of house
• Available to work a variety of hours including weekends and late nights.
• Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment.
• Ability to effectively communicate to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken directions.
• Multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment.
• Move and lift to 10 - 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all restaurant areas.

• Able to read the kitchen ticket and bring the complementary food to the table.
• Memorize specific foods you are taking to the table and which tables you are going to.
• Use tact and good judgment when dealing with guest challenges and respond to guest needs with patience and courtesy.
• Assist the serving team with all food and beverage services.
• Follow all steps of service.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Get along well with others and be a team player.
• Other duties will be assigned as needed.
