Job Description:
Participate in the design, development and on-going production support of Access Center Telephony IVA and ACD systems which integrates throughout the hospital enterprise to provide business solutions to customers, and will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department's service delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or 5+ equivalent years of systems knowledge related to the field.
Experience implementing, designing, and maintaining telephony intelligent virtual assistant and automatic call distribution systems.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Experience with supporting workflow integration
Avaya IVA experience a plus
