As a Business Systems Analyst, you will help us manage a large set of internal productivity tools for our internal customers. We help improve internal processes for Collective Health to provide the best experience to our members. We are looking for someone to help us increase productivity through process improvement in our existing tools and work to identify new solutions that fit the needs of our users. You will report to the Manager of Card Operations, Customer Data.

Responsibilities:

  • Support operational and implementation work for Cards function
  • Be a requirements, testing and process re-engineering SME for important projects
  • Support operational and implementation work for Welcome email

What you'll do:

  • Supporting ID card function by monitoring and tracking project plans for clients, reviewing and approval of designs and specifications, mock ID card generation, etc
  • Cross-functional coordination within Collective Health
  • Follow-up on deliverables and action items to ensure they are completed on time and without sacrificing quality
  • Engage in business process re-engineering activities focusing on efficiency and scalability
  • Proactive, concise and constant communication regarding project status, issues, risks
  • Own high priority escalations which can be time sensitive and require working with multiple internal/external parties to resolve
  • Think critically and creatively about root cause analysis resulting in process improvement and workflow definition and optimization

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years experience managing complex business / technical / process projects
  • Tech savvy; ability to engage with technical resources and work streams to understand and explain complex scenarios
  • Experience working with customers / end-users
  • Experience defining and writing requirements, and translating into detailed designs
  • Member and client focused (customer centricity)
  • Proficient with project management tools, Smartsheets preferred
  • Ability to speak and connect with both technical and business personnel, at all levels
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient with G-suite applications
  • Healthcare background is helpful

Pay Transparency Statement

This is a hybrid position based out of our Lehi office. The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
