HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Business System/Program Analyst. This position is in direct support of DoD Projects and Program Offices, in Dahlgren, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Perform business and system analysis to define, analyze, and validate improvements to processes and tool operations for the organization.

• Work with stakeholders across the technical team to elicit, document, and prioritize user requirements; translate requirements into design options to analyze and validate user needs; act as liaison between end-users/stakeholders and developers; facilitate and support QA/testing to ensure solutions meet stakeholder requirements.

• Develop and maintain training materials/quick reference guides pertaining to workflow projects and tool/process improvements; assist in communicating enhancement and bug fixes to the team and providing bi-yearly training to user community.

• Assist with development and maintenance of necessary process documentation, to include SOPs, QA checklists, policies, and other general guidance in support of workflow projects and tools; Facilitate review and approval of documentation with the applicable stakeholders.

• Assist stakeholders in tracking software license expirations, gathering quotes, and drafting necessary procurement requirements for maintenance renewals and new license requests.

Skillsets :

• Desired 3 to 5 years' demonstrated experience in business process/systems analysis or related position performing requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and verification, as well as documenting proof-of-concept designs in order to validate requirements.
• Ability to create requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language/formats.
• Experience interacting with project stakeholders across all levels of the organization to recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
• Experience facilitating and participating in user acceptance testing.
• Attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.
• Prior experience with Atlassian Jira preferred.
• Background using Microsoft Office products (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint).

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering Technology or related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-5 years software development experience.
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.

Desired:

• Experience with Workflow Development Tools (preferably Jira).

• Experience with software development / integration using Java, Python, SQL Database development.
