Vasion is looking for a Business Program Manager (BPM) who will work across the business to align significant components of many projects simultaneously by organizing people and processes, and analyzing data to drive business decisions focused on scaling the Ecosystem and Alliances GTM. The BPM will help orchestrate the development and delivery of various programs and processes that impact business results.

Job Functions:

• Identify improvement opportunities and drive solutioning efforts
• Work cross-functionally, especially with the strategy team to align stakeholders on key outcomes
• Communicate and document clear, concise processes and actions
• Manage the execution of partner engagement programs that increase alignment, ensure retention, and drive value.
• Collaborate cross functionally and globally to identify operational bottlenecks, develop actionable remediation plans, and measure progress
• Analyze partner engagement survey data to identify key areas for strategic development

• Strong program, product and project management capabilities, including the ability to balance multiple, high-urgency projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize commitments
• Strong analytical skills, and comfortable synthesizing data into executive summaries to create a compelling case
• Ability to perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
• Ability to confidently interact with the entire organization from Field to Sr. Management
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Trustworthy and approachable with the maturity to handle sensitive information
• Highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with operational systems and tools: Salesforce, Domo, Tableau, Google Sheets, etc.
• Driven to think outside of the box and courageously present solutions
