EnviroServe' s Business Process Supervisors are responsible for leading, coordinating, and supporting teams of Business Process Coordinators. As a Business Process Supervisor, you will be a problem solver. This role does not have a “typical day”; you will constantly be prioritizing tasks and identifying areas where you can create the most value. You are a primary resource for your team, knocking down obstacles and magnifying their ability to make an impact.

It is critical that you use your first 30 days to obtain complete knowledge of the areas you lead. You must be able to backfill for each member of your team in order to cover time off as well as spikes in volume. Maintaining your ability to perform each team member’s work will be a continuous effort as processes and technologies change.

Due to the breadth of work supported by our Business Process Coordinators, your scope of responsibility will vary with business needs. Below is a list of typical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all work-products of your team

Must be capable of reviewing and performing quality control for work products

  • The ability to perform all work in your area of responsibility
  • Act independently while providing status updates to Business Process Leadership Team
  • Prioritize tasks and projects
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and take action
  • Perform ad-hoc and recurring analysis to provide insight into current and future projects

Includes running reports, monitoring metrics, and explaining changes

  • Work cross-functionally to remove organizational barriers to execution
  • Act as a hub that connects all Savage administrative resources
  • Direct leadership of 10-20 team members
  • Lead continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with operations, sales, development, vendors, and customers to ensure high quality support

A customer service focus in critical
Answering inbound questions directly from customers
Dealing with internal and external stakeholders directly in-person, on the phone, via email, etc.

  • Daily guidance and leadership of team
  • Partner with supervisors throughout the department to ensure cohesive execution of our processes
  • Approving payroll and monitoring payroll costs including OT
  • Managing schedules, approving PTO, and ensuring work is covered
  • Lead weekly meetings with team
  • Perform quarterly one-on-one reviews
  • Responsibilities are not all inclusive and may be different based on company needs

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills:

Comfortable digging into data
MS Excel understanding and comfort is critical

  • Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to deescalate situations and maintain forward momentum
Effectively working with all personality types in sometimes frustrating situations
Solid communication skills in person, verbal, written, and electronic

  • Task driven and organized
  • Fiscally minded, able to connect work to financial implications
  • Computer competency is critical as you will constantly work across multiple software platforms
  • Ability to travel as needed for training and integration of new teams

Education/Experience

  • Undergraduate degree preferred

S.T.E.M. or business degree preferred

  • 5+ years of work experience or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
