Job Description
The Mobile Video business consists of mission critical incar video systems, bodyworn cameras, and license plate recognition solutions specifically designed for law enforcement and commercial markets to help keep our communities safe.

The Business Operations Manager for the Mobile Video Supply Chain will be responsible for but not limited to the following

Coordinate end to end supply chain operations from planning to manufacturing through customer delivery

Act as single point of contact to Sales, Product Engineering, Finance and across the supply chain

Align with cross functional teams to successfully meet customer requirements and business objectives

Drive operations to achieve revenue, cost, cash and customer delivery targets

Resolve customer and business critical issues

Manage and execute continuous improvement projects

Define strategy, set priorities, give direction and allocate resources in partnership with other Supply Chain teams

Successful candidates will have demonstrated skills in

Leading and managing in a matrix organization to achieve aggressive goals and high standards

Understanding of customers requirements, especially in mission critical operations

Achieving business targets and balancing competing goals

Understanding of supply chain networks and operations

Basic Requirements

BSBA degree

5 years of experience in business or sales operations, supply chain, or related field
