Key Responsibility are but not limited to


  • Budget and KPI Leadership: Oversee team budget by ensuring accurate monthly/quarterly guidance and connect marketing actions/investments to brand-leading outcomes/KPIs to drive continuous improvement and align with overall corporate performance.
  • Manage the Fulfillment, Customer Returns, and Cross-dock Operations operational processes at RCV Distribution Center.
  • Ensures that order fulfillment and shipping meet customer service objectives and business plans.
  • Communicate critical issues, goals, work methods, policy revisions, and all applicable customer requirements to Distribution Leadership.
  • Advise the Director of Distribution Network Operations on all aspects of operations, including any issues that may affect the facility’s success or impact customer deliverables. Communicates and collaborates with leadership on critical issues impacting production and the workforce.
  • Oversees all distribution functions and allocates internal and external resources to meet service level agreements and customer service objectives.
  • Promotes all health and safety programs within the operational processes.
  • Manages labor efficiencies, labor union relations, and all internal grievances.
  • Develop leadership skills of subordinates by determining developmental needs and opportunities, including.
  • implementing a plan for developing a successor.
  • Set performance guidelines, provide mentoring, and goals for managers and key personnel through.
  • effective performance appraisals.
  • Drives continuous improvement processes at the distribution center.
Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Manhattan SCALE and experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated robust analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including solid presentation skills.
  • Lean six sigma green belt.
  • Budgeting and forecasting Project development and life cycle Strategic planning.
  • Management information systems Cost Reduction Strategies.
