LOCATION: Arlington, VA (VA-19)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Broadleaf is searching for a candidate to support the Army National Guard Facilities Management Office (CSO-F) providing business operations/installation supply room support services providing official package/supply receipt and distribution management; records management; supply/inventory management; and government durable property, equipment, and supply tracking.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Receive packages and supplies; coordinate distribution of all packages within TARC.
  • Coordinate with the Government POC pertaining to official ARNG Records in the Facility Management Office; enter records into the Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS).
  • Maintain office supplies through the FED MALL system, recommend supply orders based upon current stock levels, research and review TARC supply orders entered to the FED MALL, provide assistance to supply POC with FED MALL and GSA Advantage.
  • Track government property issued to and used within TARC, review and retain copies of primary hand receipts, perform monthly inventory and on-site quarterly supply inventory inspections, receive items from warehouses and from vendors into the place of business and record receipt packing slips, document each item’s arrival and check that the proper quantity is received and report discrepancies, sort and store the supplies in a storeroom, electronically maintain all records pertaining to the supply order, organize logistical movement of equipment and supplies to the required location per guidance within TARC.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Previous experience as an administrative coordinator desired.
  • Experience providing administrative services to include filing, mailing, paying bills, running errands, managing office supply inventory and completing project-based assigned work.
  • Capability to arrange meetings, conference calls, and appointments as well as organizational capability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to review and edit a variety of office documents to include Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook items.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
CLEARANCE LEVEL:
  • Ability to obtain and hold a minimum NACI-T1 clearance
