Birchwood Terrace, located in Burlington, Vermont, is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant!
Position Summary:
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Strong computer skills required in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with cash handling.
- Self-directed and flexible; comfortable in fast-paced environment.
- Must be detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills
- Team player who works well with others.
- Back up to Medical Record and Business Office Manager as needed
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Two years prior experience preferred.
- Ability to read, speak and understand English, follow directions, and complete tasks.
- Ability to interact positively with residents, personnel, and the public.
