Job description
West Central Area Schools is seeking a BUSINESS MANAGER starting on July 1, 2023. The school district is located in West Central Minnesota and includes the communities of Barrett, Hoffman, Kensington, Elbow Lake and Wendell. The district serves 800 students in three school buildings.
Job Summary: The business manager is responsible for managing the financial operations of the school district. This includes developing and monitoring budgets, maintaining financial records and reports, ensuring compliance with state and federal programs, and supervising the administrative functions of the department.
Required Qualifications: Degree in accounting or related field and experience in school finance is preferred.
Salary: Competitive salary and benefit package based on education and experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
