What does the Business Intelligence Analyst III do at Swire Coca-Cola?
In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of ongoing and ad hoc analysis for the total business in support of improving Swire's market share. You will utilize tools such as PowerBI, syndicated, customer, and panel data to help create a more accountable, performance-driven culture and to provide intelligent analysis and reporting that will drive impact across Swire Coca-Cola.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end analysis as SME and owner of a critical data source (scan or panel data): measure the impact of market performance, provide insights to key stakeholders, and develop business intelligence reporting with little or no direction; to equip stakeholders with essential insights
- Build strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders to improve adoption and confidence in deliverables
- Establish documentation best practices and maintain a centralized wiki to increase team knowledge and efficiency of deliverables
- Mentor younger analysts to improve overall team competency
- Meet training milestones to improve the speed and efficiency of team deliverables
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Master's Degree in business or STEM-related field preferred
- 4-6 years of work experience in producing business intelligence reporting and analysis required
- 4-6 years experience using SQL, Python, or similar toolsets required
- 2-4 years of Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, DOMO, or similar visualization toolsets required
- ETL or data engineering-specific experience preferred
- Experience using large and complex data sets to produce reporting and insights (High proficiency)
- Understanding of data management policies, procedures, and best practices (High proficiency)
- Understanding of Business Intelligence processes and workflows (High proficiency)
- Knowledge of sales and business processes, forecasting, and planning (Medium proficiency)
- Experience with Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, DOMO, or other similar reporting tools preferred (High proficiency)
- Experience with Azure or other cloud providers preferred (Medium proficiency)
- Experience with Python, SQL, VBA, R, or other languages preferred (High proficiency)
- ETL or data engineering-specific experience preferred (Low proficiency)
- Experience utilizing syndicated data sources (Nielsen, IRI, Spectra, etc.) preferred (Medium proficiency)
