Our staff is highly qualified in the areas of building commissioning, energy auditing and management, operations and maintenance and HVAC operational assessments and feasibility studies. We currently have an opening for a Business Development Representative.

The Business Development Representative (BDR) serves as the primary developer of new accounts, responsible for acquisition, and growth. The BDR is responsible to develop client acquisition plans consistent with HBS solutions Inc. strategy and annual plan. Emphasis on new constction commissioning plans,energy auditiing and management of energy savings programs. Works closely with clients to identify needs and consult on best practices for solutions and setup. Ensure clients derive maximum value from our services.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Environmental Studies, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years successful experience as a direct contributor carrying an individual quota
  • Strong analytical, organization and creative thinking skills
  • Experience selling to Manager and Director levels
  • Experience managing and directing the entire sales cycle from beginning to close
  • Experience developing new business
  • Good presence and excellent communication skills
  • Experience using a CRM system
