The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced business development expert to join our team. As a Senior Inside Sales Lead, you will be responsible for identifying and developing all new business opportunities within our Enterprise space. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to drive new business opportunities from dim/dark accounts to increase market share.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competition
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in targeted verticals
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans to increase revenue and market share as well as update and identify new strategies
  • Develop outbound email, phone and social media scripting to gain initial appointments with enterprise customers
  • Build relationships with targeted alliances and channel partners
  • Provide accurate and timely KPI’s and reports to management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer profiles are built, via Altify
  • Attend technology events in local markets to promote company products and services
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in the industry

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or Equivalent Experience
  • 1 to 2 minimum years of experience in business development or sales in a related industry
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, social media, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Desired candidate has experience in the development and execution of targeted marketing programs, driving brand and capability awareness with measurable end-results.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
  • Willingness to travel as required

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
