As a Business Development Manager for Magna Pest Solutions (MPS), you will prospect potential customers, understand their needs, and then present who MPS is and why we are uniquely suited to solve the customer’s problems. You will be responsible primarily for commercial B2B sales and the occasional residential B2C sale.

We prefer previous sales experience or account management experience, especially experience selling into or working for property management associations. It is no secret that relationship building is vital to the sales process, so candidates should be keen on talking to people and be willing to spend the time to understand who decision makers are and how to close the sale.

The BDM role has a small admin component to it with logging leads as well as completing the contracting process in our software

Professionalism, punctuality, personable, and problem-solver are the 4 P’s of sales at MPS.

General tasks you will perform as a BDM include:

-Proposal creation

-Negotiations with customers

-Site visits to understand the customer’s needs

-Willingness to walk-in to highly desired properties MPS has identified to attempt to begin the sales process

-Organize and attend events

-Proposal and presentation delivery

-Participate actively in weekly sales pipeline/review meetings.
