FireDEX Butler is seeking Business Development Manager to join our team! As the Business Development Manager, you will penetrate markets and develop relationships with Hospitals, Property Management Companies, and Universities.

Because disasters are unexpected, there is FireDEX Butler. We are the company to depend on to restore order out of chaos. We are a full-service disaster-recovery firm managing all phases of the restoration process, including emergency response, cleaning, and total restoration.

What will you do as the Business Development Manager?

  • Develop prospective client bases in assigned territory through networking, cold calling, telemarketing, direct mailing, and other marketing means.
  • Actively participate in targeted industry professional and trade associations
  • Develop and utilize strategic marketing plans and programs, both short and long-range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company services.
  • Prepare and complete all necessary sales cycle paperwork and enter all meetings and communication information in the CRM program.
  • Develop and maintain effective public relations and participate in all Company marketing events.
  • Ensure effective control of marketing results and provide corrective action to ensure that the achievements of marketing objectives are within designated budgets.
  • Seize opportunities, strive for success, communicate articulately, gain buy-in, persuade, and influence.

What should you bring to the role?

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year College or University (preferred)
  • 3+ years of Business Development experience in a service industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • The ability to always maintain a positive professional company relationship and image.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
