Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
  • Primary responsibility for growing student base across EIM’s educational catalog.
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans that expand EIM’s customer base and ensure long term success.
  • Proactively execute sales campaigns that deliver on monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for B2B revenue-generating partnerships in EIM’s course and program product lines.
  • Build and promote customer relationships internally and externally to drive course registrations
  • Present sales, revenue and cost analytical reporting to leadership team on a regular basis.
  • Drive sales for EIM core products that include a Continuing Education Subscription Service, Live Onsite Events and longer term certificate based Programs and Residencies.
  • Work in concert with marketing team to manage lead funnel and conversions.
  • Maintain accurate sales records within Salesforce including pipeline opportunity management (forecasting, staging, follow ups etc).
  • Work closely with customer operations to ensure student retention, superior customer experience and internal synergy in service to EIM learners.
  • Share actionable customer insights and sales trends with marketing, operations, and EIM leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Collaborate across EIM’s distributed business development team to ensure alignment and implementation of sales best practices.
  • Work closely with EIM’s post-professional product and faculty team to gain deep knowledge of EIM’s products and services, and deliver key customer data that will support product decisions.

  • College Degree
  • Proven and successful experience in direct to consumer and B2B sales and application of account management principles across technology, healthcare product or education sectors
  • Ability to lead by influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
