Our colleagues in the UK Field Sales Team are looking for a new Business Development Executive for Scotland.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Managing your own designated regional territory, you will be dealing with a variety of customers across our key environments within our Away from Home channel to grow and drive profitable sales for Kellogg.

You will be tasked with building relationships with new and existing customers within our key environments of Pubs, QSR and Contract Catering to unlock end-user distribution and engagement opportunities. With a real emphasis on new business within these environments, you will need bags of drive and resilience, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit to influence business owners and managers.

You will also be tasked with managing and influencing the relationships of key wholesale and convenience MSO customers working with their sites to execute our national plans and drive pull through for your top customers​.

Working across a broad spectrum of customers this is a fast-paced role, where you’ll be meeting lots of people on a daily basis and you will spend time focusing on distribution and visibility of Kellogg’s brands.

  • Strong interpersonal, numeracy and organisational skills - ability to influence external customers and internal stakeholders and are self- motivated and confident in presenting and talking to people.
  • Tenacity and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and engaging experiences to your allocated retailers.
  • Flexibility, individuals who can learn new products and processes quickly and effectively.
  • Strong listening skills, including good communication & presentation skills
  • Resilient and has the courage to make decisions which deliver results for our business
  • Good commercial acumen and able to analyse and interpret vast amounts of data to drive revenue for our business and Microsoft office proficient
  • An ambitious nature with the drive to achieve and exceed targets
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work autonomously using your time effectively and planning efficiently
