We are seeking to hire an exceptional Business Development Advisor to add to our fast-growing team. As a Business Development Advisor, you will be responsible for all sales activities within an assigned territory by performing the following duties:

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Identify and establish contact with new customers within a designated territory.

· Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentations; understanding account requirements.

· Respond to sales inquiries from new and existing customers and expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.

· Meet or exceed annual goals.

· Attend meetings and trade shows.

· Travel to designated territory (at least 50% required)

Competencies:

· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

· Must have knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, CRM, and other sales programs.

· Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

· Perfect English (written and verbal)

· Conversational Spanish is a plus.

· Proficiency with computers and software

· Great organizational skills

· Attention to details is a must.

· Thorough, accurate and honest

· Efficient

· Ability to work independently and to interact well with others.

· Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,500.00 - $140,000.00 per year
