Molex is a leading supplier of interconnect solutions for the transportation, medical, consumer electronics, and datacom industries that link today’s world and solve tomorrow’s challenges. Molex is seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Polarion Business Analyst to aid in the innovation and creation of Molex’s Digital Transformation strategy. You would be a key contributor working with business and technology owners to gather requirements and design for Molex’s next generation software development focusing on Polarion. This role will interact with stakeholders in an exciting opportunity to create value across the globe.

This role is eligible to be worked remotely in the US with quarterly travel to Detroit or Chicago.

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Responsible for decomposing and translating user stories/requirements into new, effective solutions that integrate into a multi-system environment
• Author/maintain standard business process documentation and system related documentation
• Create, define, & maintain Polarion test plans as part of the solution test library
• Participate in new functionality requirements gathering, analysis, estimation, testing, and demos while working closely with key business partners and technical team
• In this role you must be able to take initiative and ownership by working independently as well as in a team and have a strong desire to improve operational/business efficiency and the end user experience

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

• Direct hands-on working experience with Siemens Polarion
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) business processes/workflows and capturing user requirements
• Experience in collaborating with team members, business partners, customers, & technical teams to drive results
• Experience effectively communicating technical solution/concepts to business counterparts and management
• Experience facilitating, driving decisions, and seek clarification when needed
• Experience working independently within short timelines

What Will Put You Ahead

• Extensive knowledge working with Polarion solution
• Demonstrable experience in Requirements Management
• Experience in other Siemens solutions (ex. Teamcenter, OpCenter)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Xray and Scrum/Agile process
• Experience working with multi-culture/multi-lingual/offshore development teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree, or equivalent work experience
