What You Will Do:
- Identify business needs and determine solutions to business opportunities, risks, or issues using standard business analysis practices
- Document sustainment, enhancement, and modernization engineering change requirements
- Maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to map requirements to the code/version release and test cases
- Conduct testing to validate that software changes accomplish the intended results, validate interoperability, and maintain system integrity
- Develop/maintain training materials and conduct user training to help ensure application processes and procedures are documented and clear for end-users
- Interface effectively and efficiently with Database Administrators (DBAs)/Developers, Application Administrators, and the end-user community.
Education/Certification
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., accounting, business, computer science, engineering, information systems) from an accredited academic institution
Required Skills:
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Information Technology business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- First-hand experience using the Oracle E-Business Suite General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Project Billing and Costing modules and familiarity with application capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing
- Candidates MUST be a US Citizen and be eligible and willing to obtain an ADP I or ADP II clearance.

- Experience with Oracle EBS in a Federal Government environment
