Job description
Utilizing your analytical and interpretive skills as a Business Analyst on our Operations team, you will work to identify current and future risks to our dynamic environment as well as establish the policies and controls to reduce and/or mitigate them. Your role will involve extensive interaction with colleagues throughout the firm and will require frequent collaboration with our global audit group.
In this role, you will:
- Analyze business processes and work flows, noting areas where processes and controls can be improved or implemented to reduce/mitigate risk
- Design tests of controls and analytical procedures
- Effectively communicate relevant recommendations to process owner(s)
- Report findings to management
- Maintain an awareness of audit trends and best practices
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of two years of audit experience in public accounting required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel demonstrating knowledge of pivot table creation and design require
- CPA preferred
- Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future
