Responsibilities:
The individual selected for this position will support the Sponsor's organization responsible for transforming acquisition and program management in optimizing programs and accelerating capabilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Acquire/develop and/or upload content to Sponsors web sites and content management systems (e.g. web portals); develop and apply catalog organization and tagging schemes to improve management efficiency and facilitate user discovery.
  • Support the design, provisioning, and update of the Sponsor's web sites as required with text, graphical, video, and other content types.
  • Analyzing OAM data to provide insights and identify trends
  • Developing and refining data model(s) and accompanying data structures where needed to capture and report on the composition in a consistent manner over time.
  • Creating data models to support informed executive-level decision making, scenario planning, and strategy development
  • Working collaboratively with individuals in other work units to develop integrated models that integrate multiple data sets and sources with other types of data to show linkages and patterns
  • Responding to data inquiries with creative visual data presentations
  • Independently conceive, prepare and communicate through complex graphics, computational models and tools, and written/oral assessments.
  • Continually interface with executive level management requiring the planning, presentation and briefing of information.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with Tableau, Adobe Create Suite tools, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Enterprise service platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills (analysis, judgment, information seeking)
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently; self-starter
  • Proven experience in conducting advanced modeling and data analysis, applying varied mathematical and data analytics techniques and developing models in support of organizational strategy and management.
  • Computer programming skills (languages, packages) as needed to support the management of data and application of tools/models.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing and delivering executive level communications on organization transformation and business process changes. Ability to prepare presentations and to present information to senior managers.
  • Proven ability to interact with customers, senior leadership and program managers in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Ability to translate complex findings into an easily understood narrative (i.e., tell a story with the data) in graphical, verbal, and written form.
  • Demonstrated experience providing requirements gathering and analysis, configuration management, performance measurement and metrics.
  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience (16 years for Bachelors) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a scientific discipline
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
