We are looking for Direct Support Professionals for our Youth Home in Kent!

• You'd be working with youth under 16 years of age with disabilities helping them with their everyday needs. Cooking, Cleaning, medical appointments, and special outings.
• Full Time or PT and set monthly schedules Typically 2p-10p (FT) with some weekends, or 4-9 and Sat from 8p-8a (PT).
• Every other weekend off (unless you'd like to work every weekend)!
• Gas Card and Cell phone reimbursement!!!
• Quarterly Bonuses!!!
• For full- time staff we offer vacation pay, sick days, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, matching 401k after 1 year.
• Weekly pay, every other weekend off, and yearly bonuses!
• No physical exam, just a drivers license and background check.

Things you might be involved with are:

• Supporting daily life activities such as cooking, cleaning, dressing, and bathing
• Assisting with money management, transportation, and activities in the community
• Taking individuals into the community for volunteer and recreation
• Helping make sure people are safe at home, and teaching safety skills.

• You'll have a ton of support! There'll be a whole team of people to assist with teaching you the ropes, and you'll receive all the training you need to be GREAT at your job.
• You may even develop a second "family" at work, as you'll be getting to know the individuals you are caring for, and your coworkers very well.
• You will learn skills that you will carry with you throughout your life, and it will make you a better caregiver. All training is provided free of charge.
• At the end of every day, you'll know that you did something important, and that you are making a difference!
