Job Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a strategic, savvy marketer to drive purposeful and effective marketing campaigns for the Boost Mobile brand, associated product & value-added service launches, and new business partnerships to align brand positioning, content development, and communications. The successful Brand Marketing Lead will guide campaigns destined for all consumer channels: Boost Mobile retail stores, customer-facing website (boostmobile.com), BoostOne mobile app, SMS and email, PR, social media, digital media, and others that foster brand awareness and drive customer growth. In this role, you will:

  • Manage and optimize effective marketing activities/projects (campaigns, tentpole activations, merchandising, etc.) that create high levels of engagement, growth, and revenue
  • Lead the strategy, execution, and reporting of integrated marketing plans (develop positioning, copy, and content that drive unaided awareness, customer pull, and brand affinity)
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams like the creative team, local marketing, project management, retail merchandising, social media, legal, customer base management, digital and app teams, new business development, and more for all Brand activities
  • Develop business cases, proposals, and target KPIs for marketing programs and campaigns in order to make recommendations to executive leadership for their review and funding approval
  • Assist in the identification, vetting, and implementation of internal and external business partners as needed and coordinate with key stakeholders to build new business partnerships
  • Partner with Consumer Insights team for awareness of changing market trends, industry insights, competitive analysis, and consumer attitudes & opinions to serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert to support Brand recommendations
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
An ideal Brand Marketing Lead candidate will have the following:
  • BA or MBA in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of brand marketing experience
  • Excellent project management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent organizational, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Adept at building and maintaining relationships across the organization; leverage different teams to meet tight deadlines, overcome obstacles, and drive cohesion
  • Telecom, 5G, IoT, or other consumer tech experience is a plus, but other industries will be considered

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
