Associate Brand Manager

Position Overview:

The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for supporting Marketing Department in the development and execution of brand strategies. This includes working closely with the Brand Manager to conduct market research, develop marketing plans, and manage marketing campaigns. The Associate Brand Manager also works with other departments, to ensure that the brand is aligned with the company's overall goals. We are looking for someone who has high attention to detail, is exceptionally organized and has a go-getter attitude.


Job Classification and Hours Worked:

  • Exempt/Full-Time
  • Minimum 40 hours per week


Expectations and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing marketing campaigns through media buys on both digital and printed platforms.
  • Manage marketing team job board to help effectivity coordinate all jobs to completion.
  • Monitor and analyze product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortage.
  • Prepare, organize, and track marketing materials for multiple advertising campaigns for all Club Car Wash locations.
  • Develop and maintain several vendor relationships.
  • Conduct research and secure necessary permits for signage on property.
  • Act as Club Car Wash representative at public events such as grand openings and ribbon cuttings.
  • Manage all internal and external communication requests sent to the marketing team.
  • Plan and execute company events on a corporate level.
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices against order details and other documentation.
  • Travel to Club Car Wash locations as needed.
  • Any other responsibilities deemed reasonable and necessary by management.

Knowledge, Skills, Training, and Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a brand management role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines
  • Creative yet analytical mindset
