BRAND CONTENT MANAGER
THE GUILD BREWING COMPANY - Pawtucket and Warren

Job Description:

The Guild Brewing Company, Rhode Island’s largest craft brewery with a vibrant beerhall and events culture, is currently looking for a passionate and experienced Brand Content Manager who is looking to work in a dynamic environment. This individual will be responsible for managing marketing and social media for The Guild Brewing Company and its locations – The Guild Pawtucket, The Guild PVD Beer Garden and The Guild Warren. Under the marketing umbrella, this individual will develop and assist in executing proprietary events and supporting the development of our philanthropic program, Pints with Purpose. This position reports to the Managing Partner in charge of retail.

Summary: Candidate should be ambitious and enthusiastic, and willing to help with a little bit of everything that is required to grow The Guild Brewing Company brand. The Brand Content Manager must be a highly motivated individual with a passion for social media and storytelling.

The ideal candidate has superior organization skills and an eye for detail and can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and email etiquette.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Serve as the lead business driver of social media channels to devise, monitor and communicate across several platforms
• Developing a content and promotional social calendar to grow awareness and increase traffic to all retail locations
• Expand the database across all social channels by attracting new followers and transforming current followers into brand advocates
• Assist in developing marketing concepts and working with third party vendors on execution
• Develop and execute proprietary events that will highlight the core brand attributes of The Guild Brewing Company
• Manage The Guild Brewing Company’s philanthropic program – Pints with Purpose
• Work with retail managers to ensure website and other marketing materials are up-to-date

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous brand experience with digital marketing and social media is mandatory
• Knowledge and passion for social media platforms and general marketing principals
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong aesthetic eye to bring The Guild Brewing Company to life
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
• Excel in a team environment. Work Collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
