Position Summary:
XWELL has focused on health and wellness for airport travelers for more than 20 years, and is continuing to grow. We are a travel, health and wellness brand that is completely transforming the way people access care.? Our upscale, in-airport wellness centers provide medical care, travel testing, wellness therapies and a thoughtful curation of retail items.
As a Brand Ambassador you will be directly responsible for the promotion of a research study facilitated by the CDC. Brand Ambassadors will engage with passengers, and provide best in class customer service. You will support the delivery of a safe and convenient experience to patients by greeting and escorting them to the testing area, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring all consenting protocols are being adhered to and flawlessly executed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Background in sales preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Comfortable with frequent or prolonged standing
