The Joint Chiropractic of Delray is opening this Summer!

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and outgoing individual to joint our team as a Community Outreach Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the local community, generating excitement about our clinic's opening, and building relationships with neighboring businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement: Act as a representative of The Joint Chiropractic of Delray and foster positive relationships with community members. Attend tabling events at local gyms or community gatherings to promote our clinic and services.
• Business Partnerships: Visit neighboring businesses and establish partnerships and collaborations. Initiate conversations with owners or managers to explore potential cross-promotion opportunities for referral programs.
• Promote Free Visit Offer: Utilize persuasive communication skills to encourage individuals to take advantage of our special offer. Emphasize the benefits of a free consultation, exam, and adjustment for new patients.
• Lead Generation: Utilize various strategies to generate leads for our clinic. Encourage people to text in for the free visit offer and collect their information. Aim to reach a goal of 1000+ leads before the clinic opens.
• Flexible Hours: Work up to 40 hours per week, with an ability to set your own schedule based on community events and business hours. Evening and weekend availability may be required.
• Compensation Structure: Earn 12.50 per hour for your outreach efforts + mileage reimbursement. Additionally, receive $1 for each text-in lead you generate. No limit on leads.
• Front Desk Opportunity: After the clinic's opening, there will be an opportunity to transition into a front desk role, assisting with administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and providing customer service if desired.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with community members and business owners effectively.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic about promoting health and wellness services.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
• Basic computer skills for data collection and communication purposes.
• Interested in chiropractic care or a related field is a plus.
• Immediate availability to start work.
