Overseeing and Traveling to stores in the Southern Territory including Kentucky, West Virginia, and Tennessee

In addition, Curve and Cloth and Burlap and Birch make up our family of sister stores providing trendy plus size fashion and unique furniture and home decor. We are looking for driven and experienced leaders to join our Rose and Remington family. Reporting to the Senior Creative Director, the Brand Ambassador oversees all stores in their district and provides support to Store Management. This leader drives excellence and provides leadership in all aspects of store operations. In this role, you must have excellent multitasking, organization, communication, and time management skills with the ability to travel to all stores in your region.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of multiple stores in a region
• Recruit, train, and coach store managers
• Set and achieve regional sales goals
• Ensure that all stores adhere to company standards
• Ensure that all stores maintain safety, cleanliness, and merchandising standards
• Ensure that customer service standards are consistent across all stores
• Address performance issues
• Develop business strategies for revenue growth
• Effectively communicate with Senior Creative Director and other internal departments
• Prep and set up of new store openings
• Audit store schedules
• Implement company wide initiatives
• Handle and manage call-offs and resignations
• Negotiate and resolve conflicts with employees and customers

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in retail management
• Leadership and decision-making ability
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to travel to all stores in region
• Excellent time-management, organizational and problem solving skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in business operations
• Leadership skills to effectively motivate, mentor, and train Store Managers
