Position Overview:

MUST HAVE BPO AND B2B EXPERIENCE!

The Client Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for establishing, cultivating, and growing relationships with existing clients while leading organic growth efforts for existing clients. Each RM is accountable for owning one or more assigned clients, maintaining detailed operational knowledge of client contracts, working to build/maintain relationships, and networking new contacts within the client(s) organization(s). This individual also identifies new business opportunities and solutions for optimal implementation to close new business opportunities. Working within our Contact Center, Mailroom and BPO operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships within our existing business of contact centers and mailrooms.
  • Establish and maintain a working knowledge of the services provided for each account to be able to talk intelligently about service-related topics and identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Works with clients and partners with staff to improve any customer service concerns. Works with internal teams, answering all queries from the client, helping clients with their business needs, solving clients’ problems, and developing strategies to improve the business using our BPO model.
  • The primary responsibility of the RMs is working with their clients. RMs need to actively listen to client requests to troubleshoot all problems. While finding ways to solve the issues, RM’s should work with all applicable departments to gather necessary information. The RMs are also responsible for advising clients regarding services and products offered.
  • Leverage Operational staff to build appropriate solutions for closing new business.
  • Ensure the appropriate involvement of DATAMARK Operations throughout the sales cycle to demonstrate operational expertise for the prospect.
  • Qualify and maintain a sales “pipeline” for each assigned client account with targeted sales quotas on a monthly basis.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field; combination of education and additional years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
  • At least two years of B2B experience directly interacting with customers or an equivalent combination of sales and operations experience with a proven track record of success. CONTACT CENTER EXPERIENCE
  • Ability to travel as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $69,000.00 per year
