Job description

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper with a minimum of two years' experience. The ideal candidate is capable of using MAS on a daily basis and understanding the basic accounting principles for small or non-profit businesses. Our office is located in the midtown area and is within walking distance to restaurants and bus stops. Compensation is competitive and based on prior experience. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm with one hour for lunch.

Responsibilities:

  • Balance financial records.
  • Know how to use spreadsheets and a computer.
  • Manage office cash flow.
  • Write checks and issue invoices.
  • File necessary financial documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.39 per hour
