Job description

Full Charge Bookkeeper needed for Locally Owned Real Estate and Property Management Company in Port Orchard. Must have a good understanding of general accounting principles and ability to work independently.

Requirements

• Three years of full-charge bookkeeping experience preferred
• Highly organized, detail oriented and thorough with ability to demonstrate accuracy
• Demonstrates integrity and honesty in actions and decisions
• Experience using Quick Books
• Experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and 10-Key)
• AppFolio (Property Management) software a plus

Duties

• Maintain the general ledger & reconciliation of trust accounts A/R & A/P
• Bi-weekly Payroll and commission pay to Agents
• Prepares monthly financial statement, bank statements, and trust trial balances
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal reporting and tax filings (Payroll & B&O) Preparation and filing 1099's and W-2
• Performs other miscellaneous bookkeeping task and duties as needed
