Our restaurant is hiring a full-time and part-time Back Of House Team Member to assist the kitchen. The ideal candidate has experience in casual, upscale dining, an eye for detail and an ability to work quickly and independently. The position requires heavy lifting and frequent bending, shuffling and stacking of dishes as well as assisting in food preparation and cooking.

Responsibilities:

• Keep work spaces clean, sanitary, and organized.
• Clean and sanitize all food preparation areas and equipment used to prepare food.
• Make sure the restaurant is following good sanitary practices.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure that they are followed at all times.
• Be on time to work every day.
• Work within a team environment to provide the best service to customers.
• Learn the menu so that you can answer customer questions about the food, ingredients, preparation, and pricing.

Pay: $13.50 - $18.00 per hour
